Training For ResultsThe ‘Training for Results’ Module achieves its learning outcomes through delegate participation. Presentations by the Module Tutors initiate this involvement but the Module’s key learning points are experienced through individual and team tasks. There is a strong ‘Workshop’ feel to the Module because the analysis and training material development that take place relate directly to identified training needs of the delegates’ own staff.

The results of this work can be carried through into live assignments within the Client organisation.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Module, delegates will:

  • Be able to analyse and produce detailed proposals on the training needs of individuals and groups of people within the organisation.
  • Have improved their instructional skills and techniques and produced their own training materials.
  • Be able to review individual progress against training objectives and initiate appropriate further training, as required.
