We run one, two or three-day sales training programmes. In the recent past, we have undertaken assignments for companies in Life Assurance, Paint and Protective Coatings, Cosmetics & Fragrances, Pharmaceuticals, the Motor Car Retail Trade and others.
Each sales training programme is designed on a ‘bespoke’ basis to make it unique to the Client’s sales staff, product range, market-place and the image that the company wants to project. Apart from the essential sales training that takes place, there is a very strong Workshop element in all the programmes. Delegates are required to develop appropriate sales strategies and presentations and identify sales objections and how they can be overcome. If required, we continue field training with the delegates, following the sales programme.
We design, organise and run National Sales Conferences for many major Industrial and Commercial companies. We always plan to bring something new to all the Conferences that we run, as the following examples illustrate.
We designed and ran a three day Sales Conference for a major Paint & Protective Coatings company. The first day, working in teams, the delegates were required to develop a sales presentation to promote the company’s car paint mixing scheme into the Motor Repair Trade. Based on this first day’s work, the second day required the competing sales teams to visit Motor Factors in the Conference Centre area and sell the scheme. There were prizes for individual and team winners.
The mixing schemes, sold on the second day, paid for the Conference three times over!
We ran a Sales Conference for the Beauty Consultants Division of an international Cosmetics and Fragrances company. As part of the Conference, we mocked up an authentic Beauty Salon, in the Conference Hall. The delegates both managed and provided the staff for the ‘Salon’. The Conference Centre administrative, domestic and estate staff and their families and friends were then invited to spend a free voucher on beauty treatments and products in the ‘Salon’.
Four CCTV cameras provided enough material to later run an additional one day, ‘Sales Training Review Seminar’ for the Beauty Consultants.
