- Research into the selected subject areas is thorough and continuous. Our scholarship is directed towards ensuring that the most up-to-date thinking and practices are reflected in the content of the Modules.
- All the presentations in the Series are originally designed and imaginatively illustrated This not only maintains the interest and attention of the delegates but also promotes recall of management principles when they are most needed; back in the job situation.
- The Modules are entirely action-based. Complete understanding is not assumed unless the delegates have personally experienced the management activity itself or taken part in an exercise that parallels it. We recognise the significant value of managers ‘playing’ an active part in their own learning.
- Although each of the Modules has its own ‘stand-alone’ range of learning, there is a natural connection between any Module, in the Series, and the others. Delegates are encouraged to view the process of managing as a continuum, bringing forward different skills and knowledge as situations dictate.
