Standard Fee
The standard fee, for each one-day Module, is £1800 (or US$ equivalent) for a group of up to 14 delegates. The standard fee includes:
Pre-assignment briefing, with the Client, to agree on the Modules required and the detailed arrangements for running them.
A dedicated team of two Senior Tutors and a Programme Administrator on each Module.
The provision of a complete set of Briefing Notes, which is issued to delegates, as a full reference of each Module’s content and key learning points.
A follow-up review, with the Client, to evaluate the Modules and discuss any further action.
Daily Discounting
We are pleased to offer a special daily fee discount to our clients, who want to combine any number of up to five Modules. It can be the same Module, repeated if required.
The first day is charged at the Standard Rate. Thereafter, there is a ‘rolling’ fee reduction, of £200, for each successive day. For example, the cost of five Modules, run over a one-week period, would be, as follows:

That’s a total saving of £2000; equivalent to over 22% discount!
The same Fee Rates and the Daily Discounting facility, also, apply to Sales Training, Conferences and Development Workshop Assignments.
Expenses
Appropriate expenses are charged as follows:
- All accommodation costs and agreed incidental expenses for the Module Team.
- Cost of travelling by public transport, where appropriate.
- Airfares and associated expenses.
- Car mileage is charged at 50p per mile.
- Fees and expenses for additional Module personnel, where required, eg. ‘guinea pig’ interviewees for Selection Modules.
The same rates of Expenses apply to Sales Training, Conferences and Development Workshops, based on each assignment’s specific resource needs.
